SHIPPING POLICY

All shipments are shipped via USPS tracked delivery.

Tracking information will be available a few days after shipping confirmation arrives.

Delivery usually between 7-14 days.
Your item will ship out within 1-4 business days. We use the shipping address you have entered on our checkout form, so please make sure it is correct. We are not responsible for errors in your shipping information. If a package has the wrong address it can take quite a while until it is returned to us before we can re-ship it. We can only do this once the package has been returned. If the package needs to be re-shipped there will be a shipping fee.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is received damaged. If you do receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Send an email with photos and/or video and we will happily assist in the process.
To start, you can contact us at info@cordobajewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
